SG Construction websites use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). European Economic Area

If you are a European Union resident, the GDPR provides you with the following rights:

• The right to access – You have the right to request SG Construction for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
• The right to rectification – You have the right to request that SEAGRACE CONSTRUCTION correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request SG Construction to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
• The right to erasure – You have the right to request that SG Construction erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that SEAGRACE CONSTRUCTION restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

• The right to opt-out of the sale of your information. SG Construction does not sell your personal information or disclose your information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
• If in the future we intend to sell or disclose your information for third-party marketing, we will provide you notice, and you will have the right to opt-out.
• The right to not be discriminated against for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA.

Quebec Residents

If you are a Quebec resident, the PPIPS provides you with the following rights:

• The right to request a cessation of dissemination – You have the right to request that SEAGRACE CONSTRUCTION cease disseminating their personal information or that any hyperlink attached to their name and providing access to their personal information be de-indexed if the dissemination of the information violates a law or a court order.
• The right to de-indexation or re-indexation – You have to request de-indexation or re-indexation if certain conditions apply as set out in PPIPS.

Alberta Residents

If you are an Alberta resident, please be advised that your personal information may be:

• Transferred to, or accessible by, affiliates and third-party service providers, such as companies that provide us technical support, data hosting, and other services; or
• Stored in, and processed by, computer servers and/or other computer systems or equipment which are located outside of Canada, including the United States and elsewhere. The laws regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, including Seagrace Construction obligation to disclose personal information in certain circumstances, may vary based on the applicable laws of these jurisdictions.

Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of your rights listed above, whether under GDPR, CCPA, PPIPS, or other applicable law, please contact SG Construction at support@seagraceconstruction.com.

If you are an employee of one of our business customers, please contact your employer to exercise your rights.

We intend to respond to a request for access or deletion within 1 month of receiving a request under GDPR, within 45 days of receiving a request under the CPPA, or within the time-period permitted under any other applicable law.

Children

SG Construction does not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 16 for any purpose. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under age 16, we will attempt to delete that personal information as soon as possible and take any other measures required under applicable law.

Transfers

If you are in the European Economic Area, your personal information will be transferred to and processed by SEAGRACE CONSTRUCTION systems and personnel located in the United States, Canada, and/or Australia. If you are in the Province of Quebec, your personal information will be transferred to and process by SG Construction systems and personnel located in the United States, Canada, and/or Australia.

Changes to Privacy Policy

SG Construction reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice and encourages you to review this Privacy Policy regularly.  As personal information protection legislation continues to evolve, this Privacy Policy and Seagrace Construction practices pursuant thereto may change from time to time at Seagrace Construction full discretion and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other persons.
