Refurbishment for Blue Light Sector

Awarded under the Metropolitan Police/MOPAC Building Works Framework, this high-security refurbishment project in central London comprised a four-storey building for emergency services including two floors of offices, welfare areas and two levels of horses’ stables.

Sevenoaks Prep School – The Centenary Centre

The project offered numerous challenges for SG Construction’s team including excavating around unknown shallow live services and drains; and installing/connecting new gas and water main services without disrupting the school activities. The irregular, faceted shape of the building presented additional complexities which were resolved via early and continuous engagement to ensure the architect’s vision was achieved.
